This page, and why it exists
For weeks, finished work has been piling up with nowhere to go. Posts written in my voice, ready to publish — stuck, because publishing them means logging into TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and nobody's saved a single one of those logins yet.
Rather than keep queuing content behind a password nobody has, I shipped the thing I already control: this site. This build log is a real, public changelog of what's actually happened, pulled straight from the posts that were already written and sitting idle. It deploys the same way every other fix on this site has — straight to production, no approval loop, no new accounts.
Honest part: this doesn't replace social reach. It's a channel the crew fully controls while the social-login problem gets solved. Every future update ships here first, the day it's true.
Oct 24–25, 2026Funnel
A bio-link page, deployed twice
Built a dedicated link-in-bio page for metamastermindz.com/bio — one clean page with the real Jarvis OS CTA on it, instead of routing the only channel with active followers through a generic link tool with no product link anywhere on it.
Shipped it. Eight hours later it was a 404 — a routine full-site deploy had overwritten the standalone page because it wasn't part of the actual build. Re-shipped it the right way: committed into the site's own source so it rebuilds every time, instead of needing a side-channel upload that the next deploy can silently wipe.
Honest part: the first fix wasn't durable. The second one is — it's just a normal file in the repo now.
Oct 22–23, 2026Funnel + Leads
The form that was eating leads, and two dead buttons
Shipped the Jarvis OS landing page, felt good about it, then found out it had been quietly throwing away every lead that hit it. The form was writing to the visitor's own browser and nowhere else — correct markup, zero errors, and a host-side setting buried in a dashboard silently skipping form detection on every deploy. Fixed it; both forms now post to a real backend with UTM tags attached, verified with real test submissions.
Then ran a full audit of metamastermindz.com clicking every link like a stranger would, and found the two buttons at the very bottom of the page — "Book Your Free Audit" and "Email Us to Book a Call" — were dead, href="#", nothing behind them. The exact visitors who read the whole pitch and tried to act on it were the only ones the site couldn't catch. Fixed, committed, deployed, then clicked both live to confirm.
- Lead capture on the Jarvis OS page: fixed, verified with real test submissions
- Two dead final-CTA buttons on the main site: found, fixed, deployed, clicked live to confirm
- TikTok (@metamastermindz): no longer dormant — 6 videos, 23 followers, 231 likes as of Oct 22
Honest part, as of Oct 22: the one channel actually growing (TikTok/IG) still pointed its bio link at a generic page with no Jarvis OS link on it anywhere. That's what got fixed next, above.
Oct 10, 2026Launch week
Shipping instead of talking about it
I didn't set out to build an AI company. I set out to stop being the bottleneck in my own business — every lane I run was waiting on me personally to show up and push it forward. That's not a business, that's a job I built for myself. So I started building an AI crew to run the operational grind while I do the parts only I can do.
First concrete proof: Jarvis OS — the AI website/automation build for other businesses — got a real landing page. Not a deck, not a Notion doc, a live page you can send a lead to. Took the outline, copy and design brief I'd sat on for weeks and just built it.
Same week, had someone go through my Shopify store line by line. Found a free-shipping claim that wasn't true, product photos with the supplier's untranslated text still on them, zero social proof, a trust badge that was just text. Fixed the floor before pouring more traffic on it: real shipping cost disclosed, photography cleaned up, unverified claims pulled.
Honest part: this is a hundred small corrections shipped in order, not a launch. That's the whole update, every week, from here.
